Cycling around Kelheim

An extensive network of well-surfaced bicycle paths all around Kelheim is an enticing reason to hop on a bicycle. The city is also an ideal starting point for longer bicycle tours.

The level routes in the valleys of Altmühl and Danube are perfect for families. Yet there are also plenty of options for athletic cyclists as well: The steep inclines leading to the plateaus are quite a challenge.
